

Rick Rosenbloom
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Rick founded Fuel Break Capital Partners in 2008 and brings nearly 30 years of distressed investment, special situations capital advisory, M&A, bankruptcy and restructuring law, and operational experience. Prior to Fuel Break Capital Partners, Mr. Rosenbloom has served as a Principal and Head of Restructuring and Debt Capital Markets for Gemini Partners, a Los Angeles-based boutique merchant banking firm, as Principal, General Counsel and Head of Origination of Continental Plants, an industrial focused distressed debt investment firm, President, Licensing Ha-Lo Branded Solutions and C.O.O, Head of M&A for Creative Concepts in Advertising and as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of The Hilco/Great American Group (now Hilco Global and The Great American Group). Rick began his career in Chicago with Kirkland & Ellis and Schiff Hardin in their bankruptcy and restructuring groups. Rick received JD and MBA degrees from UCLA and graduated With Distinction from the Honors Program of the University of Michigan.

Larry Nusbaum

Larry Nusbaum is a consumer products and brand-building executive with more than two decades of experience leading PE-backed growth platforms, turnarounds, and multi-channel sales organizations across CPG, retail, eCommerce, and global sourcing. He has served as CEO, CMO, COO, and operating partner for companies ranging from fast-growth DTC brands to $135 million international divisions, consistently delivering margin expansion, operational modernization, and commercial scale. Larry has led restructurings, built global procurement and manufacturing networks, executed M&A integrations, and driven significant revenue gains across categories including housewares, electronics, personal care, apparel, fitness, and home goods. His leadership includes transforming Midwest Trading Group through cost reductions and channel diversification, restructuring GlobeIn into a scalable subscription model, and turning around Ronco to achieve 63 percent topline growth and major industry recognition. A long-standing member of YPO, ACG, and TMA, Larry brings deep expertise in PE partnership, platform building, and cross-border supply chain execution.
