We view each situation through the lens of professional operators. We quickly analyze and value each opportunity we wish to pursue devising a specific strategic plan and collaborate with existing management to implement and execute on that plan. We have unparalleled international product sourcing relationships that we can bring to bear for a multitude of products solving vexing issues that confront many firms in today's complex supply chain environment.

We approach each and every acquisition opportunity from an operator's perspective. We have been in the seat. We have made the tough decisions. We have made and learned from our mistakes. This informs our transactional analysis and guides our post transaction operating strategy.
Transactional Philosophy
Our Graybeard team has developed an extensive relationship network across the US and cross border. This network provides us with prolific deal flow, often proprietary, unbanked or in an inefficient or broken process. We seek out unique opportunities for which we have an informed view and an operating angle. Many deals will not suite our approach. We are rigorously selective and seek to pursue deals that we believe that we have a high probability of closing. As an independent sponsor we do not have the typical pressure of most private equity funds to deploy capital over a proscribed time frame. We will only pursue transactions for which we have conviction, a unique angle and the right capital partner.
